A. ABOUT THIS FORUM

1. This forum have no relation with any institutions,and have no binding with any other kind of forums
   
2. Forum member agreed to obey the rules and give full access to forum staff for response and taking actions for every violations.
   
3. This forum aimed for public interest without age,sex,group,religion,and race boundary.
   
4. This forum is purposed for information share,discussion,entertainment and relaxation.

B. BASIC RULES

1. Racism
   Restricted to talk about anything that will trigger any confrontations and tear apart the unity, and it can cause member banning from this forum.
   
2. Porn
   Restricted to talk,discuss,or using words,pictures that related with pornography. Everything that contains porn thing will be deleted immediately wiyhout any warning. And it can cause member banning from this forum.
   
3. Humanity
   Restricted to talk,discuss,or using rude words,and displaying any pictures,sounds,videos,or other subject that surpass the humanity. This will not be tolerated and will be deleted immediately without any confirmations.
   
4. Personality
   Restricted to talk,discuss,or intimidate the personality of other member. Please leave the comment for someone’s post,not to his/her personality.
   
5. Critics or Advices
   Member are allowed to give critics or advices in the correct section ethically and respectfully.
   
6. Username, Signature, and Avatar
   Members are free to use names,signatures,and avatars as their own will in the profiles as long as it’s not break the forum rules. Maximum size of avatars is 150x200 pixels and not more than 64kb.
   
7. Advertisement
   Restricted to announce private website in any formats without permission from Forum Administrator. Administrator have right to delete any kind of advertisement without any confirmations. For publishing your website,please contact Forum Administrator.
   
8. Topics and Posting Procedure
   
   
   
   • Use a clear title of topic and reflect the contents of the topic itself.
     
   • Avoid to create large number of new topics in the same forums at the same times.
     So the other members can read and responses to your topic. Forum is not a place to competing making new topics but a place to discussing. To much topics from a member at the same times will be assumed as a spam.
     
   • Try to use the correct form of the writing. Minimize the SMS writing style that use too much abbreviations, and don’t use too much emoticons in each topics or post to keep the comfort of other members in the discussions.
     
   • Avoid junk posts. It’s better to not touch your keyboard than use it to write unusefull post or topics. Double post will be assumed as a spam and will be deleted immediately without any confirmations and it can cause member banning from this forum.

3. The links that did’t obey the forum rules will be deleted without any confirmations to the posters.
   

D. SOFTWARES AND APPLICATIONS

1. Restricted to share hacking/cracking softwares like password cracker,web attacker,etc.
   
2. Restricted to share destructive softwares intended/unintended that potential to harming other people such as Flooding Tools,Booter,Bomber,etc in any IM like Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, mIRC, mig33, etc. Link to this tools will be deleted immediately without any confirmations.
   

E. ADDITIONAL RULES

Altough avery violations will be proceed immediately,the forum will not take any responsibility of any contains of the topics or posts. Text images,softwares,etc are the property of the posters,not the forum’s. Use this forum properly with the consequences from the users. If the users rejects this forum rules,please don’t use this forum’s service.
Additional rules will be added conditionally according to forum necessary and development of the forum.
